Cycle path from Cortina to Calalzo.

Still little known and little publicized is the cycle path that starts from Cortina and arrives in Calalzo, passing under some of the most important mountains of the Dolomites, such as Mount Sorapiss and Mount Antelao. The route follows the old railway that connected Venice with Austria passing through Cadore and then to Cortina. Along the way it is possible to stop at the native house of the famous Renaissance painter Tiziano Vecelio, visit the glasses museum, and then go down to the large Cadore lake and visit the Lagole springs, an old Roman settlement. In short, a day of history, well-being and culture.

The excursion lasts approximately 3 - 4 hours, and can also be done by adults or untrained children. The return to Cortina is made by taxi or bus.
