Information on the Dolomites mountain huts tour by e-bike
The e-bike tour of the mountain huts in the Dolomites starts in Cortina, taking Route 48 to the start of the road leading to Malga Ra Stua.
From the Lodge, we continue on a mildly steep dirt road reaching Campo Croce, a beautiful pasture with a particular winding brook.
Then the itinerary for the tour of the mountain huts climbs up the steep Val Salata, a striking wide canyon beautified by dwarf pines, featuring stretches at 21% incline, where at times it is not easy to stay on the bike.
At the end of this challenging stretch along the Val Salata we reach 2126 meters and the Sennes Lodge. After a short rest stop, we gently ride downhill to 1980 meters and the Fodara Vedla Lodge followed by a steep descent, with incline stretches at 25%, to 1548 meters at the Pederu Lodge.
The tour of the huts then continues along a wide dirt road leading up to the Fanes Lodge at 2063 meters, where we can take a well-deserved break to recharge our bodies and the batteries of our e-bikes.
From the Fanes Alp, we start again towards Cortina down a long road in a most spectacular alpine valley sided by majestic rocky faces, brooks and pastures
