The Dolomiti SkiRock Mountain Guides offer a snowshoes excursion to the Tre Cime di Lavaredo that includes a circular trail, all around the Tre Cime, passing under the impressive and breathless North Faces, rising to the sky 550 meters.

From Cortina, we drive to Misurina on route 48; passing by the lake we go on to the road to the Tre Cime di Lavaredo. When we reach the d'Antorno Lake Lodge we rent fast snowmobiles and in 20 minutes we drive up to the Auronzo Lodge.

The snowshoes excursion to the Tre Cime di Lavaredo starts at the Auronzo Lodge and follows the summer trail counterclockwise up to the Lavaredo Fork, a strategic point to admire a 360 degree view of the surrounding mountains.

Then the snowshoes itinerary continues across all the north faces to the Middle Fork. From here we go back to the d'Antorno Lake Lodge along the Val delle Fontane.
