Contact usPunta Nera is a beautiful peak, located in the Sorapiss Range in the Ampezzo Valley. Relatively unknown just a few years ago, it finally earned recognition thanks to the international event Freeride Challenge Punta Nera.
Paola, Augusto, Giovanni, Alessandro and I first climbed up the wide valley leading to Punta Nera heading towards the spellbinding summit crest that overlooks the magnificent Cortina valley in its entirety. Then we quickly skied downhill for over 800 meters on firm spring snow along articulated and rather steep slopes, enjoying a beautiful and entertaining ski run
